Background and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the w89 platform ("Platform" or "we") and you, the person accessing it ("User" or "Player").

By accessing w89's website, mobile application, or any related service — including registering an account or playing games — you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not continue using the service.

The platform reserves the right to amend its services, promotions, and rules with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. User Eligibility Requirements

1.1 Age Restriction

Players must be 21+ to use the w89 platform. Anyone under age is strictly prohibited from playing. You may be asked to verify your age at any time during registration. If a false age is provided, the account will be closed and any remaining balance will be returned without bonuses.

1.2 Regional and Country Restrictions

This platform is intended for users residing in Myanmar who access the service of their own free will. Access from certain countries or regions may be restricted by law, and it is your responsibility to verify this.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each player may only register one w89 account. If duplicate accounts opened by the same person are discovered, all of them may be closed and the balance returned without bonuses.

2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering. If an account is found to have been opened with false or someone else's information, all funds will be forfeited and the platform may take legal action.

2.2 Account Security

Never share your login password with anyone. Any action taken on your own account will be treated as having been done by you personally. If unauthorised access or a security breach occurs, contact the support team immediately.

2.3 KYC Verification

For withdrawals or unusual account activity, we may request identity verification (KYC) using your NRC, passport or other official identification documents.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Available deposit methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks, and withdrawals must be made through a registered payment method only. Processing time is normally between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

3.3 Financial Checks

The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same. Users must comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and suspicious transactions may be investigated.

3.4 Rejected Deposits

The platform reserves the right to reject third-party payments, anonymous payments or payments made through compromised payment methods. The platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from such deposits.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at w89, you can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and get a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks; deposit 120,000 Ks and get the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a balance of 220,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The game type and wagering contribution rate may vary depending on the game. If the bonus period expires, the bonus funds may be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonus play is strictly monitored. If any restrictions are violated, the bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus may be removed — only the genuine deposited amount will be retained.

4.4 Promotion Restrictions

Only one promotion may be claimed at a time, and promotions cannot be combined. Even where no limit appears to be stated, the platform's decision is final.

5. Responsible Gaming

5.1 Fair Play

Players must not use any software, bots or automation tools during play. Doing so may result in game results being declared void and the account being closed immediately.

5.2 Collusion Prohibited

Collusion with other players to manipulate play at live table games is strictly prohibited. If detected, the balance and bonuses from the relevant play will be forfeited.

5.3 Money Laundering

Using the platform for money laundering purposes is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant information may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

w89 has three VIP tiers — Bronze (up to 0.4% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.8% cashback per week) and Gold (up to 1.2% cashback per week). VIP tier progression is based on play volume and loyalty.

Cashback calculation and payment are managed by the platform, and the rates may change with advance notice. VIP cashback funds will be added as playable balance and may be subject to wagering requirements.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

8. Legal Restrictions

The w89 platform is not responsible for money lost through gameplay, losses caused by technical disruptions, or losses arising from third-party service failures. All betting and gaming decisions are made at your own risk, and losses will not be refunded.

8.2 Intellectual Property

All designs, software, code, graphics, and content on the platform are w89's intellectual property and are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or modifying them in any form is strictly prohibited.

8.3 Compliance with Applicable Laws

When accessing our services, you are responsible for ensuring that you comply with the laws of your local jurisdiction. The platform takes no responsibility for any legal issues that arise.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

w89 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Opening an account with false personal information
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means
• If the platform is suspected of being used for money laundering
• Use of bots or automation software
• Refusal to provide KYC verification within the required period

If an account is closed without any legal violation, the actual deposited amount (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
